Broad-spectrum antibacterial activity: Effective against Gram-positive bacteria such as Streptococcus pneumoniae and Staphylococcus aureus, as well as mycoplasma and chlamydia.
Good oral absorption: High bioavailability (approximately 50%), unaffected by food, and stable plasma drug concentration.
Wide tissue distribution: Achieves high concentrations in tissues such as the lungs and tonsils, making it suitable for treating respiratory tract infections.
High stability requirements: Requires storage in a light-protected and moisture-proof environment, with temperature and humidity control for long-term storage.
Extensive clinical applications: Used for the treatment of pneumonia, skin infections, Helicobacter pylori infections, etc.
